Theory and Training
The true art of animal education and development lies in the mind, heart, and
soul of animal educators around the world. By this I mean the essence of good training comes not only from correct
application of method and technique, but more importantly from within. A proficient animal trainer must empty his/her mind and become one with
the trainee, and this in fact is our philosophy on dog training.
Every animal is an individual so the correct style or method is dictated
by that individual. Use of several types of reinforcement are customized to
agree with that specific dog. We
strive to shape each dog out of unwanted behaviors into new learned chosen
behaviors. Imagine having the ability to make your dog compulsive about
behaviors you desire. Behaviors such as heeling, sitting, downing and coming to you
when called. This is called stimulus
control. You can stimulate
your dog to do the right things and be crazy about it! |

This control eliminates behavioral problems and establishes pack leader
role. Pack leader role in the wild is not a democracy. In fact,
it is established by physical force. We
can enforce this Pack Leader Role through obedience.
Our
goal is to mold a happy, proud and obedient dog, and at the same time,
create a happy, proud, and confident owner.
Origin of the Ultimate Dog
We as dog trainers all strive for the ultimate dog. But what is
the ultimate dog? The
ultimate dog originates from a trainers sound attitude, absolute dedication
and commitment, flawless patience, precise timing, correct method
and technique, and a clear understanding of health and nutrition.
It is from this combination that the ultimate dog will be
discovered.
